Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

This policy explains how Kenner Lock & Key (2110 I-10 Service Rd, Kenner, LA 70062) handles personal information. If anything here is unclear, email hello@kennerlockandkey.com and we will explain it in plain terms.
What we collect

Call recording
We may record telephone calls for training and dispute resolution. Louisiana is a one-party consent state, but we tell you anyway — you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will stop, or continue by email instead.
How we use it
- To provide the service you asked for and to quote it accurately
- To verify you are authorised to access the property or vehicle
- To take payment and issue an itemised invoice
- To honour warranty on work we have done
- To reply to enquiries and follow up on quotes
- To meet legal, insurance and licensing obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not pass your details to lead-generation networks, marketing lists or data brokers.
Who we share it with
- Our card payment processor, to take payment
- Our insurer, where a claim arises
- Accountants and auditors, for bookkeeping
- Law enforcement, where legally required or where we have genuine concern a job is not lawful
Vehicle and key data
Key codes, VIN records and programming records are held securely and are not shared with third parties. We keep them because a warranty claim or a follow-up job frequently needs them. You can ask us to delete them — see below.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Where we are legally required to keep a record — invoices, for instance — we will tell you which parts we cannot remove and why. Email hello@kennerlockandkey.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block them in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page.
